Pennsylvania Council on the arts PPA partner Region 13

 As part of their new community-centered strategic plan, the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) has launched a new program to help creative entrepreneurs grow their businesses and revenue. 

United Way of Clarion County administers this grant for Region 13 - Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Indiana & Jefferson Counties.

Program Stream is designed to provide support to arts organizations and arts programs that conduct ongoing arts activities. 

Entry to Program Stream is for organizations who did not receive Program Stream funding during the last fiscal year.

Program Stream is for organizations that received Entry to Program Stream or Program Stream funding during the last fiscal year.
